Beneath its 38% milk chocolate or 64% dark chocolate shell lies a generous heart of very nutty praline, with real hazelnut pieces and a touch of fleur de sel to reveal all the richness of the praline.
This praline is made by Allo Simonne in Montreal, renowned for the exceptional quality of its handcrafted pralines.
Last year, this egg was one of the biggest hits in our Easter collection. A true success that returns this year in our dinosaur collection.
Each egg is handmade in Montreal in our workshop, with the same care as our chocolate candies.
