Beneath its thin shell of 38% milk chocolate lies an intense passion fruit caramel. An iconic recipe from our regular tasting collection.
This caramel contains nearly 40% fruit. No artificial flavors, no preservatives. Only real passion fruit juice to preserve all the freshness and intensity of the fruit.
We have worked with this caramel to obtain a particularly silky, almost melting texture, which highlights the natural acidity of the fruit and balances perfectly with the sweetness of the milk chocolate.
Each mini egg is handmade in Montreal in our workshop, with the same care as our chocolate candies.
This year, we have also developed new, more protective packaging, designed to preserve the delicacy of our mini eggs and facilitate their transport.
This creation is part of our Easter collection, which consists of 5 different flavors.
