Mini handcrafted eggs made with 64% dark chocolate and raspberry ganache

Beneath its thin shell of 64% dark chocolate lies a generous ganache made with over 40% raspberry. A highly aromatic recipe that offers a perfect balance between the intensity of the cocoa and the natural freshness of the fruit.

Each mini egg is handmade in Montreal in our workshop, with the same care as our chocolate candies.

This year, we have also developed new, more protective packaging, designed to preserve the delicacy of our mini eggs and facilitate their transport.

This creation is part of our Easter collection, which consists of 5 different flavors.
