Handmade Belgian Cuberdons – 200g

The result of a first collaboration between Montreal and Belgium, these authentic cuberdons are handcrafted in Seraing by a passionate confectioner.

Made without pork gelatin and with vegetable pectin, they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Lightly sweetened and with a deliciously runny texture, they are reminiscent of the famous Gheldof, but in a Walloon version.

Transported by plane to preserve their freshness, these cuberdons should be eaten quickly, as tradition dictates.
