After working alongside Belgian Royal Warrant holders, Meilleurs Ouvriers de France and world champions—and conducting scientific research on cocoa—Damien chose Montreal to bring his vision to life: chocolate rooted in authenticity, simplicity and sharing. From his workshop in the Sud-Ouest, he creates precise, generous chocolates that let carefully selected ingredients speak for themselves.
