Damien Andre

Damien Andre, a passionate artisan, trained with the world's finest pastry chefs and chocolatiers. His career has led him to collaborate with renowned artisans and experts in Belgium, England, France, and the United States.

After starting out in the craft industry, he joined a renowned multinational company where he held the position of creative manager, developing quality chocolates and contributing to the construction of a research and development laboratory in Brussels, Belgium.

Today, he puts his know-how and creativity to work in his own chocolate factory in Montreal.

The Damien Andre chocolate factory is based on a simple vision: to make chocolate a true art of living. Each creation is designed to tell a story, that of the ingredients, the producers, and the local know-how.

The chocolate factory project was born from the desire to promote the Quebec terroir and to offer exceptional chocolates made from local and ethical ingredients, while respecting the environment and artisan producers.
