The first grand cru dark chocolate created by Valrhona, it has become a reference for pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and chocolate lovers around the world.

With its 70% cocoa content, Guanaja stands out for its intensity, balance, and long finish. Its deep aromatic profile makes it an excellent choice for baking, while also offering a remarkable tasting experience for dark chocolate enthusiasts.

Repackaged in our workshop in Southwest Montreal, it allows you to use the same couverture chocolate as used in many of our creations.

Usage

Ideal for mousses, ganaches, cookies, brownies, ice cream, molds, coatings, and chocolate desserts. Also delicious enjoyed as is.

Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 15 °C and 20 °C, away from light and humidity.

Shelf life
