Underneath its 64% dark chocolate shell lies a light and melt-in-your-mouth marshmallow made in our workshop in Southwest Montreal. The intensity of the cocoa perfectly balances the sweetness of the marshmallow to create a comforting treat that appeals to both young and old alike.

Handcrafted in small batches, L'Ourson Bil is a playful and generous creation that celebrates the simple pleasure of chocolate.
