Saint Nicholas – Crispy hazelnut praline with a lace crepe

Molded using a traditional Belgian mold and handcrafted in Montreal by Damien, this Saint Nicholas combines tradition and indulgence. The dark chocolate, both smooth and intense, encases a crunchy hazelnut praline with bits of crispy crêpes dentelle.

A tribute to Saint Nicholas Day on December 6th, combining Belgian know-how and a Quebec touch.
