Each Christmas tree is handcrafted in Montreal from 72% organic and fair trade dark chocolate, processed in Gaspésie by La Brûlerie du Quai from beans of Madagascar origin.

This grand cru is distinguished by its fruity and tangy notes, typical of Malagasy cocoas, enhanced by a sweet bitterness and an intense cocoa aroma.
