Signature fine chocolate box - 9 chocolates

Discover a selection of nine fine chocolates handcrafted in our South-West Montreal workshop.

This box brings together nine creations chosen from among our signature ganaches, pralines and caramels. Each chocolate is crafted in small batches to showcase carefully selected ingredients, distinctive cacao origins and artisanal craftsmanship inspired by fine chocolate making.

The flavours evolve with the seasons and the atelier’s creations, offering a varied and ever-changing tasting experience.

Storage

To preserve all their aromatic qualities, store the chocolates in a cool, dry place, ideally between 15 °C and 20 °C, away from light, humidity and odours.

Couverture chocolate (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin), 35% cream, butter, sugar, glucose, dextrose, invert sugar, sorbitol, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecan nuts, fruits and fruit purées, tea, spices, herbs and natural flavourings.
