Made in Quebec from cocoa beans grown in the Sambirano Valley, in northwestern Madagascar, this dark chocolate reveals the full personality of one of the world's most sought-after origins.

Known for its lively and expressive aromatic profile, Madagascan cocoa reveals natural notes of red fruits and citrus supported by a beautiful cocoa intensity. Its balance between acidity, freshness, and length on the palate makes it a particularly appreciated origin by dark chocolate lovers.

Poured, detailed, and hand-packaged in our workshop in Southwest Montreal, this bar highlights the cocoa's journey from its origin to its transformation into chocolate.
