Made in small batches, they combine the richness of a hazelnut praline with a crispy texture provided by crêpe dentelle. Each bite offers a balance between the melt-in-your-mouth chocolate, the richness of roasted hazelnuts, and the delicate crispness of feuilletine.

These truffles can be stored perfectly in the refrigerator.
For optimal enjoyment, remove them from the refrigerator 10 to 15 minutes before tasting so that they regain their full melting texture.
