Fresh truffles handcrafted in our workshop in Southwest Montreal.

Each truffle is hand-poached and then coated in cocoa to preserve a meltingly soft and silky texture. Their 38% milk chocolate ganache heart is enhanced with a touch of caramel, vanilla, and fleur de sel for a tasting experience that is at once sweet, indulgent, and balanced.

Made in small batches to ensure the freshness and quality of the ingredients, these truffles offer an exceptionally smooth texture and a delicately caramelized finish.

Storage

These truffles can be perfectly stored in the refrigerator.

For optimal tasting, we recommend taking them out of the refrigerator 10 to 15 minutes before serving so they can regain their full melting texture.
