A fresh ganache made with chocolate crafted in Quebec from Tanzanian cocoa beans.
38% Milk Chocolate Truffles – Salted Caramel
A smooth and creamy truffle with notes of caramel, vanilla and fleur de sel.
Crunchy Hazelnut Truffles
A generous hazelnut praline centre paired with the delicate crunch of feuilletine.

Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), sugar, 35% UHT cream, butter, fleur de sel, vanilla.
Tanzania 79% Truffles:
Tanzania dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), 35% UHT cream, sorbitol, glucose syrup, invert sugar, butter, cocoa powder.
Crunchy Hazelnut Truffles:
54% hazelnut praline (hazelnuts, sugar), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), feuilletine (wheat flour, sugar, butter, milk powder, salt), butter, fleur de sel, cocoa powder.
