Swiss Rochers - dark chocolate

Our Swiss rochers are made from whole roasted almonds, then coated in dark chocolate. The almond sticks provide a crunchy and generous texture, while the chocolate reveals deep cocoa notes.

Handcrafted in our workshop in Southwest Montreal, they offer a balance of intensity, indulgence, and character. A must-have to share or to keep preciously for yourself.

Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 15°C and 20°C, away from light and humidity.

Shelf life

Up to 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Almond sticks, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), cocoa butter, sea salt.
