Under a shell of 38% milk chocolate or 64% dark chocolate, this bar encloses a melting heart of homemade pistachio praline, enhanced by the richness of tahini and the delicate crunch of roasted kadaif. Each bite reveals a balance between the sweetness of chocolate, the intensity of pistachio, and a particularly gourmet crunchy texture.
Handcrafted in small batches, this bar highlights carefully selected ingredients and artisanal expertise where taste always remains paramount.
