Made in Quebec from Trinitario cocoa beans grown in Tanzania, this 79% dark chocolate reveals the richness of a terroir renowned for its intense and expressive aromatic profiles.
Its assertive character opens with notes of red fruits and black berries, supported by a beautiful cocoa intensity. The controlled fermentation of the beans brings depth and complexity, while a slightly spicy finish prolongs the experience on the palate.
Poured, detailed, and hand-packaged in our workshop in Southwest Montreal, this bar highlights the work of cocoa from its origin to its transformation into chocolate.
